International Deliveries:
We ship Worldwide. All orders are delivered to the customer’s doorstep.
Orders will arrive within 5 business days (contingent on the customer providing the correct information as requested by the Customs Authority).
The Shipping Provider will contact the customer via phone and/or email in order to coordinate the delivery and its release from Customs.
Custom Orders:
Delivery of Custom Made, Engraved and/or non-standard size items can take up to 3 weeks. A Padani representative will contact the customer in order to advise regarding the accurate time to delivery.
Returns and Exchanges:
Unworn items can be can be returned within 7 days, in the original packaging and accompanied by the purchase receipt, for a refund. A restocking fee of 5% of the purchase amount or 30 dollars, will be assessed, the lower of the two.
